Safari Day

Our family took a trip to the safari. It was amazing fun. We saw porcupines, elk, llama, lemur, possums, boa constrictors, turtles, geese, tigers, owl, cheetahs, lizards, lions, giraffes, and mutch more! Have you ever been to a safari? :p

Here is a poem I wrote about our trip.

We went to the safari, I don't know which day.
We couldn't drive forward, because the emu was in the way.

At the safari, we saw some bears.
They were scary with claws and fuzzy brown hairs.

We also saw camels-they were ugly mammals!

The hippos were blinking, sleeping and stinking.
But they were cute.
They remind me of a flute.
How their voice carries on...
Who else likes them?
The answer is mom.
